"Cllinton, our Tech, was thorough and professional in all aspects of his time with us. he explained everything as he went, so we understood what the problem was and the best way to go about fixing, replacing and/or repairing our Heating and A/C Systems. We are under a Semi-Yearly Maintenance Program with AireServ, and it has saved us a lot of money, time and grief. We have had Clinton in the past, and were so happy to have him again. We trust his judgment completely. He even went so far as to help us install a recent New Thermostat we had just purchased. That was soooo appreciated. "These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure. Both installers were pleasant and explained everything before the install took place. I would use them again myself and recommend them without hesitation."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years.
